RESPONSIBILITES:
Must be able to be well versed in Sales and Objection Handling by selling the benefits of Wax Passes to all prospective guests.
Must possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with all guests.
Has the ability to work in a fun, fast paced environment with excellent multi-tasking skills.
Daily management of the reservation book through a software platform.
A professional demeanor at all times
A team player mentality with the ability to work well with co-workers and members of the management team.
Able to keep an organized, well-maintained, clean environment at all times.
Flexible full-time availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends
A goal-oriented mentality with the ability to take initiative.
