Toppers Spa/Salon is currently searching for experienced, reliable and sales oriented Guest Services Representatives to work at our MARLTON, NJ location. Must have excellent customer service and sales skills. Must be a team player, flexible with hours, WEEKENDS ARE A MUST! Any other spa and sales experience is a plus.
Essential Responsibilities: Constantly strive to enhance guest experience by embracing a customer oriented approach. Answer incoming calls to schedule guest appointments and enter these into the salon calendar, as well as following up with guests to confirm appointments. Drive sales by promoting and educating guests about our membership program, along with maximizing potential service upgrades. Oversee daily front desk operations, including all guest needs and resolving guest challenges in a professional manner. Maintain a secure, clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests and staff. Work alongside team leaders to maintain a professional and positive environment, building rapport and morale for other employees. Assist with facility and spa operation matters, as well as reporting any facility and/or maintenance issues to the Spa Director.
Essential Requirements: Customer oriented individual who has a passion for providing superior customer service to each guest
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as the liaison between the salon and guests
Strong multi-tasking abilities to schedule appointments and answer phone calls
Self-motivated to thrive in an organization sensitive to beauty, relaxation and well-being
Positive, outgoing attitude that exudes enthusiasm and passion
Open minded and proactive leadership skills, empowering the team toward a shared vision and goals
