1. Analyze the client’s skin condition and discuss the best skincare treatment .
2. Perform various skin treatments, including facials, peels, and exfoliation treatments & waxing
3. Remove unwanted hair using wax, or other approved treatments
4. Advise clients on how to take care of their skin and recommend appropriate skincare products
5. Maintain treatment records of clients
6. Follow all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and sanitized work area
Skills
Estheticians will recommend certain skincare treatments, products and procedures based on the needs of the customer. Strong communication skills are important to understand these needs. Nonverbal communication skills will assist the esthetician in understanding when the customer is uncomfortable during a treatment or service
Must have Strong Teamwork and communication skills
Must be Personable yet professional at all times
Must be able to accept constuctive criticism
