Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality barbering services to clients, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling, ensuring customer satisfaction with each visit.
Stay updated on the latest haircutting and grooming trends to offer modern and stylish services to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including barber stations, tools, and equipment.
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
Handle cash and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both clients and staff.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Assist in promoting the barbershop’s services and events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barber, with a portfolio showcasing your previous work.
Knowledge of various haircutting techniques, beard grooming, and shaving methods.
A valid barbering license in [Nj] is required.
Knowledge of additional grooming services such as facials or hot towel treatments is a plus.
