General responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Greet salon guests in a timely, and professional manner. Follow all COVID protocols.
2. Maintain cleanliness of salon using the Salon Associate Daily Checklist.
3. Attend classes as directed.
4. Keep in communication with stylists on duty. BE VISIBLE! BE PROACTIVE!
5. Shampoo clients as needed.
6. Answer phones and make appointments during down time.
7. Check clients in and out as needed.
8. Be open minded to learning…every day.
