Requirements:
Proven experience as an esthetician or similar role
Esthetician license or certification from an accredited program
In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques.
Experience performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare treatments.
Strong understanding of different skin types, conditions, and concerns, with the ability to customize treatments accordingly.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Passion for skincare and a genuine interest in staying updated on the latest skincare trends, ingredients, and techniques.
Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment area.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate client appointments.
