Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Salon Coordinator to join our collaborative team. As a Salon Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of our salon while working in a supportive environment that prioritizes your professional growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Service:

Greet and welcome clients with exceptional customer service, creating positive first impressions
Manage appointment scheduling using our salon management system, optimizing resources and service flow
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about services, pricing, and availability
Assist clients in selecting appropriate services and products based on their individual needs
Process payments accurately and handle financial transactions with attention to detail

Team Collaboration & Communication:

Participate in weekly cross-team check-ins to ensure smooth salon operations
Coordinate with nail technicians to maintain efficient service flow and timely appointments
Contribute to our recognition program by nominating teammates for monthly awards
Support bilingual communication needs to ensure all team members and clients feel included

Operational Excellence:

Maintain accurate client records with strict confidentiality standards
Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Assist with retail product sales, including recommendations and inventory management
Follow established protocols for tool organization and station reset procedures
Participate in ongoing training programs and skill development opportunities

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:

Previous experience as a Salon Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar customer service role
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual preferred but not required)
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn salon management software
Strong organizational abilities and comfort multitasking in a busy environment
Attention to detail for client records, scheduling, and financial transactions

Professional, friendly demeanor with genuine passion for client satisfaction
Calm and composed under pressure, skilled at managing expectations and resolving concerns
Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and continuous learning
