For our students we are committed to creating a safe, professional and positive learning environment. For each guest we are committed to creating an enjoyable experience. All services that start with a proper consultation between student, guest and instructor and supervised by a licensed instructor.

• To promote a balanced training for all our students you may not request a student.
• Please silence all cell phones prior to your service.
• We cannot guarantee availability of any student during a scheduled class. All school guest/models will need to read and sign a Hold Harmless form prior to any service being performed.
• You must be at least age 5 to receive a child’s haircut.
• Any child under the age 13 must be supervised by an adult that is not receiving services.
• You must be at least 13 to receive color, chemical services, facials or acrylic nail services.
• You must be 18 years or older to receive body waxing & a minimum 13 years old to receive facial waxing.
• Inappropriate and sexual advances towards any practitioner will result in immediate termination of the service.
• Retail items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
• Only one form of discount may be used per visit.
• Service price may need to be modified to achieve the look desired based on the consultation with the Guest.
• We are unable to perform any services on a Guest with any type of hair extensions.
• Some Services may not be performed or may be modified due to the level of experience, timing and availability.
• We reserve the right to deny any service based on the complexity of the service.
• We will not perform services to anyone with contagious or communicable diseases.
• We will not perform services to anyone with a suspicion of head lice.
• Guests who are not satisfied with their hair service, may return within seven (7) days of the original service date, for a correction and will be charged for product usage only. Guests who are not satisfied with their hair service and return after the seventh day for a correction, will be charged the total cost of the service(s) provided at the new appointment.
• Guests may not eat food on the clinic floor during a service. Guests may exit the clinic floor and utilize a break area to eat during processing time.
• Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the building.
