About the Role:
As a Salon Assistant at ŌDE, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our salon. Responsibilities:
Assisting stylists with client services, including shampooing, conditioning treatments, scalp treatments and preparing hair for styling.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations, salon floor, and employee areas.
Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, offering refreshments, and ensuring their comfort.
Participating in ongoing training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Adhering to all salon policies and procedures.
Maintaining a professional and polished appearance.
