As a Hair Stylist Assistant at The Coloroom, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our salon
runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be working directly with
our talented hairstylists, assisting with a variety of tasks, and gaining hands-on experience in
the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist hairstylists with prepping clients for color, cuts, and styling services.
● Shampoo, condition, and rinse hair for clients before and after treatments.
● Prepare color and chemical treatments for stylists.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon (including cleaning tools, stations,
and common areas).
● Greet clients and check them in for appointments.
● Answer phones and schedule appointments.
● Ensure the stock of products and supplies is maintained and restocked as needed.
● Support stylists with styling services, such as blowouts, curling, and straightening hair.
● Help maintain an organized inventory of products and tools.
● Assist with customer service duties and ensure a positive client experience.
